E - mail FORMAT

The email's subject should be named as SEMINAR TOPICS - <YOUR NAME>  <ROLL NO> <BATCH>

E - MAIL SUBJECT FIELD - EXAMPLE:  SEMINAR TOPICS - ABHIJITH  - 1 - B BATCH


The email should be attached with a word document / pdf file in the following format

Page 1:  LIST OF  SEMINAR TOPICS  with serial numbers. (Each student should submit atleast 5 seminar topics which is not listed in the rejected topics )
 example:

1.  <name of seminar topic 1>
2.  <name of seminar topic 2>
3.  <name of seminar topic 3>
4.  <name of seminar topic 4>
5.  <name of seminar topic 5>
6.  <name of seminar topic 6>
                    ...........
                    ...........
N. <name of seminar topic n>



Page 1: bottom right
 <your name>
<roll no>
<batch>

Page 2:     <name of seminar topic 1> as page heading (16pt Bold)

Abstract:  <abstract of your seminar topic>

Reference: Base paper/ papers  of your seminar topic in IEEE format.

Page 3 - N       follows the same format as that of page 2.

ie. Each page should have a seminar topic with its abstract and references of the base paper.

The emails should also be attached with the base papers of your listed seminar topics  in pdf format.(not compulsory)
